Program Description
X-Fitness is Elevate’s signature full-body functional fitness class that blends strength, cardio, and athletic conditioning into one fun, fast-paced, and highly effective workout. It’s designed to help you build real-world strength, improve endurance, and boost your overall health—all in an upbeat, supportive group environment.
You’ll move through a wide variety of functional exercises using kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, bodyweight, and barbells —but with moderate loads and a focus on form, speed, and control rather than max strength.
Every session is carefully programmed to challenge all fitness levels while keeping the energy high and the workouts constantly evolving.
