Program Description
X-Strength is where precision meets power. This class builds off the foundation of our X-Fitness program but takes it to the next level—focusing on raw strength, explosive power, and structured progression using heavier loads and proven training methods.
Expect to work with percentages of your 1-rep max (1RM) on key lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, and Olympic-style movements. Each session is designed to help you develop real, measurable strength while reinforcing proper form, control, and movement quality.
While the intensity is high, X-Strength is about training smarter, not just harder. You’ll still get a solid sweat, but with an emphasis on lifting well, lifting heavy, and maximizing performance over time.
